Monkey Love Designs
Monkey Love Designs is our business for selling our handcrafted pottery and jewelry creations. It is named Monkey in honor of our first child, Aiden, who we called our monkey because he was born in the Year of the Monkey in the Chinese zodiac cycle, and he was often climbing trees. Aiden tragically passed away at the age of 21 on October 3, 2025 in an accident.
We handcraft unique jewelry and pottery from scratch. We “throw” on a pottery wheel, create pinch pottery and handcraft fun trinkets. April also makes beaded jewelry, often incorporating semi-precious gemstones with spiritual healing qualities.

About
Us
We are April and Sean Andrews. We have been together for 27 years. We have four children — Aiden, Sena, Sawyer and Aspen. We have lots of dogs and cats.
In addition to running Monkey Love Designs, we also breed Pembroke Welsh Corgis as Mountain Meadow Farm and run Mountaintop Provisions, an “honor system” shop at 302 Moshannon Avenue in Snow Shoe, PA, adjacent to Cramer Family Mountain Inn, offering a selection of fresh, local foods and unique, locally produced gift items. And Sean is a Systems Deployment Engineer at Avail Technologies.
When we are able to extract ourselves from under our toygers, we love to go lake and river kayaking, camping, hiking, foraging, and taking scenic drives. April also loves handbuilding pottery, beading, creating jewelry, reading, fiddling around with all of our social media pages, and she’s a really good sourdough baker too. Sean is a self-admitted busybody who envisions one day he will finish flooring the house, and also loves wheel-throwing and handbuilding pottery and occasionally meditating, playing bass guitar, running, reading and fiddling around with all of our web sites.
